Unicorns are set up however the sunflowers have yet to bloom for this weekend.

The field will still be in Early Bloomers stage for the weekend of May 10th & 11th. The field will be at or under 5%-10% bloom. This year we planted a 50 & 60 Day Variety of Sunflowers and we are currently on day 50. With that being said it hasn’t been as hot the past few weeks so that’ll slow down the growth of the flower. We also changed the type of Sunflower we planted this year so we could move the festival up to early May instead of Mid to late June so we will only have 2-4 Feet tall sunflower varieties. If you have come in the past the field will look very different than the last few years.

For those of you who bought sunflower buckets for this weekend & Mother’s Day You have 3 options, change the date of your tickets, You can come out this weekend anyway and upon exit receive return tickets to come back out and pick another day, or a refund for the sunflower buckets itself. (You should have received and email from us asking which of these options you’d prefer).
